Our AI SRE Teammate is a multi-agent system that thinks like an expert and acts like a partner — at machine speed — automatically detecting anomalies, correlating signals, and expediting resolution of issues before they escalate. It’s the difference between many teams of experts firefighting at 2 a.m. and letting those experts sleep through the night without impacting operations!

Problem solving at scale

Over decades of building systems at Cisco, AWS, and Gigamon, my co-founders and I saw the same story repeat: more tools, more data, more dashboards… but not more answers.

We’ve spoken with hundreds of companies, from the biggest banks to scrappy startups. Their overwhelming feedback was that we as vendors need to do better to decrease the toil that SREs face. Incident resolution takes too long, the root cause is difficult to identify, and expert talent is wasted on toil. Meanwhile, the pace of development is accelerating while investigative processes remain manual.

We built Ciroos because we know this pain deeply, and we know what it takes to solve it. Our founding team holds 84 patents, and we’ve scaled businesses from pre-revenue to billions. We’re reimagining enterprise operations, delivering AI that can reason through operational challenges like a human expert — and do it at scale. We’re giving SREs, operations teams, and DevOps experts a teammate that never sleeps, so that they can sleep better!

AI is changing the operations landscape in more ways than one. AI-based coding tools are enabling faster, more efficient releases and supercharging developer productivity while increasing the already heavy operational load on SREs, DevOps, and operational teams. A new wave of AI-native applications is driving the need to modernize operations, due to their probabilistic behavior and the dynamic, data-intensive, cross-domain interdependencies they entail.

AI that thinks like an expert

Ciroos leverages agentic AI to go beyond monitoring and churning out data that takes SRE teams hours to sort through. Our AI SRE Teammate doesn’t need runbooks. It gets to work instantly to tell you what’s not a problem and to solve what is.

Our SRE Teammate uses dynamic behavior patterns to detect anomalies, correlate data, and deliver autonomous or augmented resolutions. Built on a multi-agentic foundation, our AI agents speak the language of diverse domains such as Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, networking, and security, enabling them to synthesize insights from these domains and detect patterns that might otherwise fall through the cracks. We recognize that enterprises may build their own AI agents to solve specialized tasks or may adopt AI agents from other vendors, and it is important to allow these agents to interoperate. That is why I am particularly excited about our extensibility value proposition. By adding support for Model Context Protocol and Agent2Agent (A2A) protocols, we are enabling customers to take advantage of multiple agentic AI innovations in the industry. This helps operations teams get ahead of problems, letting them control when to automate, when to augment, and when to step back entirely and let the AI system drive autonomous operations.

Our SRE Teammate integrates with the tools operations teams already use, such as collaboration, observability, incident management, cloud, and other enterprise operations platforms.
