Our Story
In late 2024, we had an epiphany as large language models evolved from advanced generative models to reasoning abilities, and agentic AI emerged. For many years, enterprise customer conversations had consistently revealed a high level of frustration—identifying the root cause of incidents or even explaining anomalies was often challenging, with the blast radius sometimes inviting hundreds of experts to solve these problems in virtual war rooms!
These developments inspired us to ask: how could we arm operations teams with the ability to drive decisions that are faster and accurate? Could AI complement operations teams to mimic human expert-like reasoning to solve complex problems? Our intimate understanding of enterprise needs informed us that such a vision could only be accomplished with close collaboration between humans and AI, i.e. an "AI teammate" mental model. Excitement from trusted customers, analysts, and investors alike convinced us that the time was right to launch Ciroos!

Time is our biggest competitor; speed of execution is our most valuable currency. We use time as a forcing constraint to deliver the most impactful solutions for the most important problems that customers care about.

Our industry is moving at a furious pace. Instead of predicting the future, we are curious to learn more. We ask "what did I learn new today?" Failure is OK as long as we quickly learn from it. We learn from both others' and our own mistakes.

When trust is lost, everything is lost. We conduct ourselves as trustworthy to one another, customers, and partners. We are responsible citizens of our community and never cross the red line of ethical or legal boundaries.
Disagree and Commit
We can't always agree on everything. We debate until decision time; then, commit wholeheartedly to it. If prior assumptions don't pan out or new data emerges, we will revisit that decision.
